The legal division is constituted of seven advocates. This division has been rendering service for more than two decades now. It takes up the cause of management before the various Courts and arguing matters of far reaching consequences. Certain laws laying down judgements have been rendered on the basis of successful arguments. In addition several conferences and workshops on very vital issues affecting labour - management relations are conducted. The Company offers assistance in the arena of labour disputes, encompassing industrial actions, contracts of employment, termination and breach of employment contract, employment related litigation/dispute before the appropriate Courts and authorities constituted under the various labour legislations - Payment of Gratuity Act, Workmen’s Compensation Act, Minimum Wages Act and Conciliation under Industrial Disputes Act.   The Company has the competence to co-ordinate and work jointly with lawyers from other jurisdictions, in arbitration and litigation involving multiple disciplines. Areas of expertise include the practice of civil, commercial, constitutional law, consumer disputes. Areas of banking, insurance, personal injury matters, money recovery by summary procedure are also covered.   The practice is connected with commercial as well as residential properties, conversion of land use from agricultural to residential/commercial purpose, formation of layouts, etc. The Company offers assistance for purchase, lease, sale, mortgage of properties, advice on applicable stamp duties and registration procedures. Necessary title reports, with regard to marketability/title of the properties are also provided. Services also extend to landlord and tenant disputes. Formation and registration of societies, associations, partnership firms, companies, are also covered under these services.
